Mailbox Cover Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to set up a return for all non-custom mailbox covers.

Proof of purchase from SuperFan.com is required for all returns.

Customers wanting to return a product for a refund are responsible for the return shipping costs.

A full refund, less any shipping and handling charges, will be issued within 3-5 business days of receipt of the return.

The product must be unused and in its original packing.

You have a 60 day warranty from the date of delivery on any defective products.

Damaged or defective products due to shipping and handling will be replaced at no cost to you within 60 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase from SuperFan.com is required for all warranty replacements.

Orders purchased outside of SuperFan.com will not be accepted. Please return your items to the store where your purchase was made.

 

Custom Team Logo and Action Photo Decal Returns

All sales of SuperFan custom team logo or action photo decals are final and ineligible for return but can be replaced if there is damage during shipping or they are defective.

Replacement orders will be a reprint of the SAME exact image as the original order. No changes can be made to the print.

No refunds will be processed for customer errors such as low resolution, failure to respond in a timely manner to a proof request, or buyer’s remorse.

If you are unhappy with your final custom order, SuperFan will cover one third of the cost of your new, replacement order.

Replacement orders will not be processed until original order return is received by SuperFan and payment for replacement order is received.

For any of our decals, do not peel them off the backing if you are not satisfied and planning to return.

You are responsible for returning the original order you are unhappy with.

When the unwanted item has been returned, we will assist you with placing your new order with the discount.

No additional discounts or promotions can apply to your replacement order.


Shipping

FREE SHIPPING! All orders receive FREE FedEx Ground Shipping (48 contiguous United States). Delivery dates for your order are based on the availability of your items and the FedEx Ground Shipping times to your shipping address.

Please note that special shipping costs will be at your expense and added to the cost of your order. We will contact you with a shipping cost estimate for your special shipping request for approval prior to releasing your order. Special shipping costs will be determined by the service you choose and are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
