Post Covers

Post Cover Installation

  1. Remove your mailbox and mounting bracket from the horizontal arm of your mailbox post (should be approximately 8 screws). Set mailbox/mounting bracket and screws aside for the moment.
  2. Remove the three Velcro strips from top of post cover and set them aside for the moment.
  3. Open long Velcro strip on back spine of your post cover to completely open cover and lay flat on ground. Also unfold adjustable bottom of post cover so cover is at full height.
  4. Pic up post cover by back sides and position around mailbox post. Center on mailbox post with long open end closest to you and center of cover front aligned with top front the horizontal arm of your mailbox post (closest to street).
  5. Align top of post cover sides with top of sides of horizontal arm of mailbox post.
  6. Pull post cover towards you until snug and secure by partially closing top of rear Velcro spine.
  7. Attach three Velcro strips to each side of post cover going over horizontal arm of your mailbox post. Space evenly but do not place straps over holes to attach your mailbox bracket.
  8. Secure two interior Velcro straps around the vertical pole or your mailbox post.
  9. Re-open rear Velcro spine and make final alignment adjustments closing a portion of Velcro spine as you move from top to bottom of vertical pole of your mailbox post.
  10. If necessary, adjust height of post cover by folding adjustable bottom in on all sides towards vertical pole of your mailbox post.
  11. Re-attach your mailbox mounting bracket and mailbox over top Velcro strips.

Viola! Your SuperFan post cover is not installed and should provide years of enjoyment.
